Biella launches the digital lever-arch file with the SimplyFind Data Safe
With its 100% Swiss, cloud-based solution “Biella SimplyFind Data Safe”, the inventor of the Bundesordner lever-arch file is launching the Biella Group’s first purely digital product. This high-security data store protects documents and passwords, and simplifies the exchange of encrypted data. In addition, all digital solutions from Biella SimplyFind have been updated with an intelligent full-text search function. Biella is thereby further pursuing its new approach in combining physical and digital document management.
Biella SimplyFind Ltd – a subsidiary of Biella-Neher Holding Ltd (Biella Group) – is launching the first purely digital product in the company’s 117-year history: the Biella SimplyFind Data Safe. “Secure cloud computing” is the maxim of this innovative cloud-based solution. Data are stored in encrypted and redundant format on high-security servers deep in the Swiss Alps. Biella SimplyFind is thereby moving its range of products away from purely physical and digital archiving towards active digital document management.
With the Data Safe, users can quickly and simply upload documents to a high-security cloud and access them from any location. To this end, Biella has launched its very first mobile app. On the user-friendly platform, documents can also be managed directly via internet browser or on the desktop using a sync client. The Data Safe also features a password manager, and a document scanner has been integrated into the app. The operation of these systems is ISO27001-certified.
“The Data Safe from Biella SimplyFind is our first purely digital product and the next step towards our new corporate vision”, says Marco Arrigoni, CEO Biella Group, adding: “You could say that it is the electronic sibling of our popular Bundesordner lever-arch file.” >>>You can find Marco Arrigoni’s entire statement as a video at youtu.be/XBOH8LqV45E
