Change of Presidency of Board of Directors of Biella-Neher Holding Ltd.
Brügg/Biel, 4 December 2013 - On 28 April 2014, the Board of Directors of Biella-Neher Holding Ltd will propose Rolf U. Sutter to the Ordinary General Meeting as a new member of the Board of Directors. It is planned that Rolf U. Sutter will take over the Presidency.
He takes over this office from Dominik Sauter, who has been heading the Board since the unexpected death of the President, Daniel Eicher in June 2013. Once Rolf U. Sutter has been elected, Dominik Sauter, as representative of key shareholder EGS, will resume his position of Vice-President of the Board of Directors.

Brief portrait of Rolf U. Sutter
Rolf U. Sutter obtained his bachelor’s degree at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and also studied at Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. In the period from 1981 to 1989, he held various positions at Railway Buffet, Zurich, as well as at Möven¬pick Holiday Inn, Mövenpick Hotel and Marché Mövenpick Switzerland. From 1989 to 1997, he was Managing Director/CEO of Marché Mövenpick International. From 1993, he was also a Member of the Executive Board of Mövenpick Holding AG. During this period, he spent three years in Germany, founded various companies in several countries, created and developed various restaurants in North America, Asia (with head offices in Hong Kong and Singapore), the Middle East and Europe. From 1997 to 1999, he was Managing Director of all divisions of the Mövenpick Group involved in catering. After Rolf U. Sutter had taken up his position of CEO of ORIOR in 1999, in 2006 he was elected Management Delegate of the Board of Directors. On 30 April 2011, Rolf U. Sutter retired as operations director of ORIOR, since which time he has been President of the company's Board of Directors.
Other activities and vested interests: Rolf U. Sutter is a Member of the Board of Directors of Branchen Versicherung Schweiz, Zurich, Member of the Board of Directors of foroom.immobilien AG, Willisau and a Member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Drinks Ltd., Meilen.
